how WE WORK WITH YOu
-
Whether you know exactly what you want, or have no idea at all, we are here to help you tell your story. Allow us to curate a design & plan that truley reflects your values and intentions.
We will provide an initial 30-45 minute consult on site, in which we will retain the brief and ask any questions we deem necessary to ensure we have all the details covered. We will also do a site measure to ensure that we capture the site as accurately as possible.
You will then be provided with a presentation outlining the following:
A brief summary of our approach and understanding of your brief
An Existing & Proposed Plan of the area in scope
Visual Moodboards showcasing concept ideas, custom joinery, selected materials and FF&E
-
Once you have approved the initial concept design, we move forward to creating a Tender set of documentation that will cover the following areas of construction:
FF&E Schedule
Proposed & Demolition Plan
Existing RCP
Proposed Plan
Partition & Wall Finishes Plan
Electrical Plan
Reflected Ceiling Plan
3D Perspective Images
This set of documentation will then be sent to selected trades for tender. During this stage we will work with you to cost-evaluate the job and to ensure we are getting the most suitable trades & pricing for the job.
-
Once the cost of the job has been finalised, and you are ready to proceed we begin the construction phase.
You will recieve a construction set of documentation that includes the following:
All Tender Documentation plus
Custom Joinery details
Any required sections and elevations
These will then be sent off by the builder for permit. During this stage we will work with the builder to revise any plans to suit permit requirements.
Once the permit is issued and construction has begun on site, Blanc Atelier will:
Liase with the trades to ensure that any discrepencies are dealt with in a timely manner
Purchase and manage any FF&E
Approve joinery shop drawings for manufacturing
Meet with you on site to discuss any concerns / feedback
